Privacy Policy
Quiet Ramble LLC (“Quiet Ramble,” “we,” “us”) is an independent studio in the USA that makes apps and games. This policy covers our studio website, quietramble.com, and your contact with us. It explains, in plain language, what information we handle and why. The short version: we try to collect as little as possible, and we never sell it.
This website
- No cookies. quietramble.com does not set cookies.
- No analytics or tracking. We don’t use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking scripts. Our host gives us basic totals, like how many visits the site gets, that don’t identify anyone.
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We don’t use that information to identify you.
- Fonts. Our typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to download it. Google describes how it handles that request in its own privacy policy.
Our apps and games
Each of our apps has its own website and its own privacy policy, linked from the app’s App Store listing. That policy is the one that applies when you use the app. This page covers only our studio website and your contact with us.
Beta testing
If you volunteer to test an app before it launches, we invite you through Apple’s TestFlight. Apple shares your name and email address with us so we can manage the invitation, and test builds may send us crash reports and feedback you choose to submit. We use this only to improve the app you’re testing, and you can stop testing at any time in the TestFlight app.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and help you, and we don’t add you to a mailing list. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, which stores messages on our behalf. We keep conversations only as long as we need them to help you, then delete them.
Sharing your information
We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising. The only companies that handle it are the service providers that run our website and email, Cloudflare and Google, and only to provide those services to us.
Children
Our website doesn’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing us. We’ll respond as quickly as we can.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
