What to include

A few details help us sort things out faster:

• App name: which app or game you’re writing about.
• Device: for example, iPhone 16, Apple Watch Series 10, Apple Vision Pro, or Apple TV 4K.
• OS version: found in Settings › General › About (or Software Update).
• What happened: what you expected, what you saw instead, and a screenshot if you have one.

Common questions

How do I get a refund?

Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase you’d like refunded. If something isn’t working the way it should, we’d love the chance to fix it first, so feel free to email us too.

Can I help test apps before they launch?

Yes, we’d love that. Email support@quietramble.com with the app you’re interested in and the devices you have. When a test build is ready, we’ll send you an invite through TestFlight, Apple’s app for trying apps before they’re released.

What happens to my data?

Each of our apps has its own privacy policy on its website, linked from its App Store listing. This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics, or tracking. Our studio Privacy Policy has the details.

About our apps

Inchly: When is it coming out?

Inchly is almost ready. We’re planning to launch later this year on iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro.

Inchly: Does it work with Apple Health?

Yes. With your permission, Inchly can read and save your weight in Apple Health, so it fits right in with the other apps you already use.

Inchly: Where is my data stored?

Your data stays private. It lives on your device and in your own iCloud, and you don’t need a Quiet Ramble account to use Inchly.

Space Flight: What is it?

Space Flight (a working title) is a game we’re building for Apple Vision Pro. It’s still taking shape, and we’ll have more to share soon.

Vision Pro Casino: Does it use real money?

No. Vision Pro Casino is played with play chips only. There’s no real-money gambling, and chips have no cash value.

Vision Pro Golf: When can I play?

Vision Pro Golf is in progress for Apple Vision Pro. We’ll share timing and more details as it comes together.

Apple TV Party Game: When is it coming?

It’s in progress. We’ll share how to play, and what you’ll need for game night, closer to launch.
